Om: We all live in Copenhagen and have collegial and friendship connections to the Royal Academy, though we are not formally attached to it, neither as staff or students. We are racialized as white, and we are writing to express solidarity with the action – and the people directly affected by the dominant reactions to it - by trying to see how it fits within the recent history of racist legislation, as well as in colonial aesthetics, in Denmark and Scandinavia at large.
